Flower Racks
Unauthorised metal cages and flower racks are building works outside a building without the prior approval and consent of BA. They may:
- constitute structural risks endangering the safety of life or property. There have been cases where flower racks have collapsed, resulting in tragic loss of lives.
- lead to deterioration of the environment by accumulation of rubbish on the UBWs.
