Class III Minor Works Requirements

Class III minor works are of low degree of complexity and risk, submission of documents are only required after completion of works.

After completion of works

Within 14 days after completion of works, the PRC submit the following documents:

• Certification of completion of works (Specified Form MW05  )
• Record plans or description of works showing the works as completed
• Photographs
• Other documents to the Buildings Department
• View sample form of MW05
