If minor works are carried out within the boundary of Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) courts, Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) or public rental housing estates, the owners or tenants are handled by the Independent Checking Unit (ICU) of the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Housing by post or in person for processing.
