Any person, whether the owners themselves or their agents (for example the design company), is required to appoint Prescribed Building Professionals (PBP)/Prescribed Registered Contractors (PRC) to carry out the minor works.

- Submit a Certificate of completion of works
( MW02 ) - Submit revised plans, details of the works showing the minor deviations and other relevant documents (if any)
- Submit photos

In general, acknowledgement letters will be issued within four working days. For minor works submissions delivered by hand, BD will endeavour to issue the acknowledgement letters on the same day over the counter. For a batch of more than five submissions delivered after 4:00 p.m., acknowledgement letters will be issued on the next working day.
