Buildings Department (BD) collaborates with the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to administer the Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme (TCPRS), which maintains a list of TCPs (TCP List) to facilitate the submission and checking of supervision plans such that the curriculum vitae of the proposed TCPs and Competent Person (Logging) will not be required when submitting supervision plans for individual projects to BD if they have been registered under the TCPRS. The TCPRS is a voluntary scheme and runs in parallel to the current requirement of provision of curriculum vitae in the supervision plans. For details, please refer to PNAP APP-157.
