Terms of Reference
- To select the target buildings nominated for the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme (MBIS) and the Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme (MWIS); and
- To advise the Buildings Department (BD) on aspects related to nomination and selection of target buildings including any proposed changes to the established selection criteria and scoring system as considered appropriate.
