Arrangement for replacement of contractor registration card for RMWC(Ind):

According to the Building (Minor Works)(Amendment) Regulation 2020, Registered Minor Works Contractors (Individual) (RMWC(Ind)) are required to replace their registration cards in order to include the new / amended Class III MW items for the relevant designated trade divisions.

Contractors may return the existing registration cards to BD by post. Please specify "Registration Unit - Replacement of registration cards for RMWC(Ind), Building (Minor Works)(Amendment) Regulation 2020" on the envelope cover, and the correspondence address on the back of the envelope. Please make sure that all mail items bear sufficient postage. Upon receiving the registration card, BD will mail the new registration card to the contractor according to his business address in the BD’s record within 3 weeks. If the contractor would like to update his business address in one go, please complete the Form BA24 and submit together with the registration card.
