Submission of specified forms and associated documents under the Minor Works Control System, the Signboard Control System and the Registration System
The Buildings Department's Registration and Minor Works Management System (RMWMS) system is a web-based platform developed to facilitate the preparation and processing of submissions and applications under the Minor Works Control System, the Signboard Control System and the Registration System. RMWMS is accessible via the BD website at https://rmwms.bd.gov.hk. Please refer to Practice Note for Authorized Persons, Registered Structural Engineers and Registered Geotechnical Engineers APP-60 and Practice Note for Registered Contractors 2 for the list of specified forms and associated documents that can be submitted through the system.
You need to have a registered account using the service.
Minimum system requirements of personal computer:

- Web browser Chrome 90+, Firefox 85+, Edge 88+ or Safari* 14+

- Android 9+ with latest version of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
- iOS 13+ or iPadOS 13+ with latest version of Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome
- *Safari only supports digital signing with "iAM Smart+" account.
The general public is required to complete online registration before using the RMWMS.
