Trellises

Contractors can only undertake the relevant classes or items of minor works for which they have been registered.

Class I

1.45

Any trellis on a roof
Height of the trellis
≤ 2.5m
If located in a common part of the building,
- Aggregate area covered by trellises in the common part
  ≤ 5% of the total area of the common part; and
- Area covered by each trellis ≤ 20m²
If located in a non-common part of the building,
- Aggregate area covered by trellises in the non-common part
  ≤ 20m² and ≤ 5% of the total area of the non-common part

Class II

Any trellis on a roof
Height of the trellis
≤ 2.5m
If located in a common part of the building,
- Aggregate area covered by trellises in the common part
  ≤ 5% of the total area of common part; and
- Area covered by each trellis ≤ 5m²
If located in a non-common part of the building,

If located in a non-private garden,
- Aggregate area covered by trellises in the non-private garden
  ≤ 10% of the total area of the garden; and
- Area covered by each trellis ≤ 20m²
If located in a private garden,
- Aggregate area covered by trellises in the private garden
  ≤ 20m² and ≤ 5% of the total area of the garden
