Density of the screeding Not more than 1200kg per m3
If the density of screeding is not more than 650kg per m3
  1. In the case that the aggregate area of the screeding is not more than 1.5m2 within a floor area of 10m2 of the flat and the nearest horizontal distance between each of the area of screeding is not less than 2m, the thickness of the screeding is more than 25mm but not more than 150mm (as measured from the structural floor level)
  2. in any other case, the thickness of the screeding is more than 25mm but not more than 75mm (as measured from the structural floor level)
If the density of screeding is more than 650kg per m3
  1. in the case that the aggregate area of the screeding is not more than 1m2 within a floor area of 10m2 of the flat and the nearest horizontal distance between each of the area of screeding is not less than 2m, the thickness of the screeding is more than 25mm but not more than 100mm (as measured from the structural floor level)
  2. in any other case, the thickness of the screeding is more than 25mm but not more than 45mm (as measured from the structural floor level)
