After the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, the Buildings Department and partner organisations have set up the following dedicated hotlines for public enquiries regarding private building repair:

The above hotlines operate from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (BD also operates its hotline service on 6 and 7 December 2025). Please note that these hotlines are for enquiries related to the aforementioned areas. For other matters, please call the 1823 hotline or submit an online report/email via our official website.
