How to remove e-Signatures?

  1. Make sure the computer can access to the digital signature file (e.g. by plugging in the e-Signature token to the computer).
  2. Open the PDF form using Adobe Reader or Acrobat
  3. Remove the signature
    Remove the signature

    Locate and right-click the signature field, an option to remove signature is displayed. Click the option to remove the signature.

  4. After removing the signature from PDF form, corresponding data items will also be reopened for edit.

    Please note

    • The computer needs to access the e-Signature's "private key" when unsigning the PDF form. Therefore unsigning the PDF form also requires plugging in e-Signature token.
