The Buildings Department will implement targeted measures to reduce social contact and infection control measures for gradually providing more basic public services from next Monday (31 August 2020) until 6 September 2020 in addition to the emergency services and essential public services provided in the past month. BD's New Buildings Divisions including its Receipt and Dispatch Counter at 14 Taikoo Wan Road, Hong Kong will maintain the service arrangement as last week. For details, please refer to the Notice to Registered Building Professionals and Registered Contractors issued on 21 August 2020.
BD will continue to closely liaise with the relevant professional institutions and stakeholder organisations when reviewing the above arrangement.
