In view of the latest situation of the pandemic and for the sake of maintaining social distancing, the opening hours of our Receipt and Dispatch Counter at 7/F, 14 Taikoo Wan Road, Hong Kong will be adjusted from 30 March 2020 to open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except public holidays) from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm for receiving statutory submissions and related documents and forms for new building works and for applicants to collect the relevant plans and related documents processed. All AP/RSE Rooms in New Building Divisions office will continue to be closed temporarily.
BD will continue to closely liaise with the relevant professional institutions and stakeholder organisations in our review on the above arrangement.
