Five-day week in the Government

The opening hours of Buildings Department starting 1 July 2006 :

	Services	Opening Hours
	Receipt & Despatch Counter	Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
	Building Information Centre	Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
	Other Services	Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The opening hours on Monday to Friday as indicated above have been extended to compensate the opening hours lost on Saturdays.

Emergency Services

Round-the-clock emergency services relating to buildings, building works, signboards and slopes are maintained. Please call 999 for referring emergency case to Buildings Department for immediate action.
