Terms of Reference

-     To advise the Building Authority (BA) or his delegated officers on the fire engineering proposals submitted by Authorized Persons in connection with the planning, design and construction of new building developments, and alterations & additions proposals; and

-       To advise the BA on the policy, interpretation and implementation of the Buildings Ordinance, allied legislation and codes of practice in respect of fire safety in buildings.
