The Government has launched the e-Form project to provide the public with greater
convenience in submitting Government forms. Apart from downloading conventional form (BIC-1) 
and
submitting them in paper form, you may now choose to download the
template of form (BIC-1) in Microsoft Rich Text Format
which facilitates you to fill-in and send electronically to BD through electronic mail to the email address
receipt@bd.gov.hk.
You may also choose to download the electronic form
(BIC-1) 
which facilitates you
to fill-in, sign with digital signature and attach supporting documents electronically.
The identity of the person submitting the form has to be authenticated by a digital certificate issued by the Postmaster General or other certification authorities recognized by the Director of Information Technology under the
ETO.
